Getting Your Account
1. Sign Up for Tripl-i
Visit my.tripl-i.com and click Sign Up to create your account:
- Enter your business email address
- Choose a strong password
- Verify your email address
- Complete your organization profile
If your organization uses Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) or Google Workspace, you can skip password creation and use SSO instead. See Configuring SSO for setup instructions.
2. Choose Your Plan
Select the plan that best fits your needs:
- Starter: Up to 100 devices, perfect for small teams
- Professional: Up to 1,000 devices with advanced features
- Enterprise: Unlimited devices with full AI capabilities
- Trial: 14-day free trial with all features enabled
3. Organization Setup

🔍 First Discovery Scan
1. Download Discovery Agent
From your dashboard, navigate to Discovery → Agents and download the appropriate agent for your environment:
